Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Project Manager at its Singapore facility to support project management teams in delivering assigned projects and to provide coverage for out-of-office periods. You will develop solution-based approaches to issues, manage customer relationships, and promote continuous improvement across all project activities.

You will coordinate projects end-to-end, attend client meetings, manage materials and inventory, forecast revenue and PM/S&OP requirements, and drive timely invoicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service or business-related area.
• Professional Project Management qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of IT systems.
• Good time management and organizational skills with a commitment to high customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver right-first-time commitments.
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from award to completion under own direction or in support of a PM team.
• Attend client meetings, teleconferences, visits and audits; prepare minutes and actions.
• Manage client-supplied materials and depot setup; liaise with internal functions for delivery.
• Forecast revenue and supply chain needs to support site planning.
• Use Workfront for day-to-day project activities and documentation.
• Assist with training and completion of training documentation.
• Review contracts and resolve invoice queries; escalate as needed.
• Support global PMs and manage project setup entries in the in-house system.
