Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Strategic Client Director to join the APAC Project Delivery team, shaping high-value clinical supply partnerships across Asia Pacific. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; 8+ years in client-facing project management or customer services in pharma/life sciences.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin skills are a plus; experience with clinical trials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as sponsor and relationship steward for strategic clients, delivering concierge-level partnership experiences.
• Lead governance forums and provide senior-level reporting on client health, risks, opportunities and performance trends.
• Shape high-value client solutions through early scientific, operational and strategic discussions; collaborate with BD for proposals and contracting readiness.
• Guide delivery and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless pre-award to delivery transitions and ongoing client satisfaction.
