Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead strategic capital projects across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Asia, with a focus on Singapore. You will drive project delivery from feasibility to handover, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet safety, quality and timeline objectives.

Ideal candidates have extensive pharma project management experience, a strong engineering background, and a Lean mindset to optimize costs and outcomes across multi-site

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering medium to large pharma/bio manufacturing projects.
• Lean mindset and continuous improvement certifications are assets.
• Ability to manage complex projects with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from feasibility through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Staffing and contractor resource planning with Region Project Delivery Head.
• Ensure standards (Engineering, EHS, Quality) are implemented and validated before execution.
• Deliver monthly project reporting on KPIs for safety, cost, schedule and resources.
