Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the APAC GlobalPay implementation in Singapore. You will drive day-to-day execution, manage detailed project plans, and coordinate across HR, Payroll, IT and country teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 8–10 years of regional HR or Payroll project management experience, with strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities. Contract position based in One North with office hours.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in HR/Business/IT.
• 8-10 years of relevant project management experience in a Regional HR or Payroll Shared Services or HR Transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the APAC GlobalPay implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Prepare project status reports, steering committee updates, and governance materials.
• Escalate and manage implementation risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Act as the primary project contact for APAC GlobalPay stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Shared Services, and country teams.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, decision-making sessions, and project meetings.
• Ensure alignment between global program requirements and local country needs.
• Support implementation of GlobalPay payroll standards and operating model.
• Coordinate development and validation of process documentation and work instructions.
• Possesses country-specific statutory & compliance knowledge and incorporate them into solution design.
• Drive process harmonization and adoption across participating countries.
• Coordinate system configuration, interface activities, data requirements, and integration deliverables.
• Support data validation, testing cycles, defect management, and deployment readiness activities.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and implementation partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor and track dependencies impacting project timelines.
• Support execution of stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and readiness activities.
• Ensure impacted teams understand upcoming process and system changes.
• Promote adoption of GlobalPay standards and ways of working.
