Job summary

• Collaborates across Coverage, Product, Implementation and Service teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to guide account strategy.

Responsibilities

• Originate new-to-bank opportunities and deepen regional client relationships.
• Accountable for portfolio financial performance, with cross-country execution and product partnership.
• Build and run a high-quality sales pipeline through planning, deal structuring and accurate forecasting.
• Lead and support Senior Sales Leads in delivering GPS sales strategy for RTC clients across regions.
• Partner plans with Global Relationship Bankers to ensure seamless client coverage across geographies; collaborate with GPS stakeholders to grow share of wallet.
• Support client segmentation and RTC proposition development, ensuring offerings remain relevant and competitive.
