Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Team Manager, FX and Investment Services in Singapore to lead and coach a team of Treasury Specialists driving FX and investment revenue across corporate clients with regional operations.

You will partner with Relationship Managers to originate FX opportunities, deliver market insights and tailor risk management solutions, while promoting adoption of HSBC's digital treasury platforms to streamline execution and support international growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Treasury teams in a corporate client environment.
• Strong ability to grow FX revenue and cross-border solutions.
• Proven track record in advisory and client-focused sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Treasury Specialists responsible for growing FX and investment revenue across a portfolio of Singapore-based corporates with regional operations.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase FX wallet share, product penetration and client acquisition through ETB/NTB and prospects.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to originate FX opportunities, provide market insights and deliver tailored FX risk management and investment solutions.
• Drive adoption of HSBC's digital treasury ecosystem (HSBC Evolve, HSBCnet, automated FX payments) to improve efficiency.
• Advise corporates on cross-border payments, restricted currencies, trapped cash, and treasury best practices to support international expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Global Markets, Transaction Banking, Legal, Compliance and Operations to develop client strategies and ensure MAS compliance.
• Identify opportunities to commercialize new FX capabilities and lead strategic initiatives to improve client experience and revenue.
