Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Operations Assistant to join an eight-member team, acting as a bridge between Trade Operations and Finance to support the trading lifecycle.

You will raise invoices, prepare payment instructions, maintain trade documentation, and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the trading system. This role offers exposure to both Trade Operations and Finance processes within a reputable commodities firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 1 year of working experience within commodity trading, shipping or logistics.
• Strong command of English; liaison with internal departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Raise invoices and prepare payment instructions.
• Maintain trade documentation and ensure accurate recording of transactions in the trading system.
• Support transactional aspects of the trading lifecycle and act as a bridge between Trade Operations and Finance.
