Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting. You will process invoices, vouchers, receipts and entries, and assist with cross-border payments and currency transactions.

The role includes bank reconciliations, monthly closing support, and producing management reports and audit schedules for overseas projects. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with Singapore and overseas teams.
• Experience with cross-border payments, foreign currencies or project accounting will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and accounting entries.
• Assist with cross-border payments and foreign currency transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor company bank accounts.
• Support project-related accounting, including contractor, supplier and project cost payments.
• Assist with accounting for overseas projects and transactions.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, contractors and business partners on payment matters.
• Assist with monthly closing, management reports and audit schedules.
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors and internal departments.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline

Knowledge of accounting principles

Good Excel skills
