Tencent Holdings Ltd is seeking a seasoned Risk & Compliance professional to lead the risk management framework for overseas acquiring, covering merchant lifecycles and dynamic risk controls across markets. You will design mitigations, conduct due diligence, and ensure adherence to card scheme rules and AML standards.

You will build and optimize risk rating systems, monitor fraud indicators, and collaborate with regulators, card schemes, and business units to support responsible overseas growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, risk management, economics, data analysis, law, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• 3+ years of experience in acquiring, payment, or financial risk control; overseas experience a plus.
• Familiar with major acquiring risk types and AML/chargeback rules.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the risk management framework for overseas acquiring, covering end-to-end merchant lifecycle and risk control.
• Design and deploy mitigation strategies; monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance with card scheme rules and AML requirements.
• Conduct due diligence on key merchants and complex cases; analyze data and verify documents; on-site visits as needed.
• Develop risk rating and monitoring models; improve fraud and money laundering detection and interception.
• Interface with card schemes; deliver regular risk reports and optimization recommendations.
