Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement risk, audit, or advisory with Big 4 exposure, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Procurement or audit certifications (CPA, CIA, CERM) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement risk, compliance, internal control, or external audit.

Aufgaben

• Assess procurement processes and vendor governance across indirect spend categories; identify risks and propose improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier compliance reviews, vendor due diligence, and onsite inspections as needed.
• Develop cost analysis models and evaluate price benchmarks to identify savings opportunities.
• Draft, implement, and refine internal procurement policies, SOPs, and risk control standards.
• Advise internal stakeholders on procurement risk, supplier management, and compliance issues.
• Support and lead procurement-related audits with internal audit and legal teams.
• Deliver procurement risk awareness through internal training sessions and policy workshops.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments relevant to procurement compliance.
