Job summary

The Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Deputy Manager/Manager for the International Office to manage ITE’s international partnerships, programmes, and visits, and to foster ties with its global education network. You will ensure collaborations are coordinated and impactful, creating meaningful opportunities for students and staff to engage with the world.

You will plan and host visits by international delegations, government officials, and partners, coordinate overseas

Qualifications

• Background in international relations, education administration, event management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong writing, communication and organisational skills.
• Cross-cultural awareness and openness to diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to network with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITE’s network of international partners and MOUs.
• Plan and host visits by international delegations and officials.
• Coordinate overseas trips by management and staff.
• Track engagements and provide management reporting.
• Liaise with government agencies on international relations matters.
