Job summary

Meta is seeking a Business Support Engineer to provide technical and engineering support to partners globally, collaborating with a global team to resolve integrations and drive improvements across products and deployments.

You will specialise in areas like Business Messaging, Telecommunications, Fintech and Advertising, merging engineering depth with customer service to inform product decisions and enhance partner experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Support/Service Engineer or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience deploying and operating software in public cloud infra (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Proven API development experience on cloud-based infrastructures.
• Full-stack development experience with SOAP/REST APIs.
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences and creating technical documentation.
• Experience with IT infrastructures, networks, and data exchange formats.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Meta Products at scale with partner deployments.
• Provide integration support through Cloud-based APIs and FinTech/Telecom integrations.
• Manage technical relationships with Meta partners and handle outages.
• Develop deep product knowledge to troubleshoot and deploy solutions.
• Provide proactive and reactive technical support through a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot partner issues with partner and Meta engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain monitoring systems to ensure high availability of integrations.
• Communicate partner needs to product teams and create useful documentation.
