Job summary

EAMES CONSULTING GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, API connectivity, and production support in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with DevOps, product managers, and software teams to drive SIT/UAT, ensure security compliance, and leverage automation to enhance testing and support workflows. The role is based in Singapore with exposure to ITIL practices and AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, or API Integration Support in an Agile environment.
• Strong hands-on with REST APIs and payload analysis; familiar with testing tools like Postman/Swagger.
• Experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments and ITIL-based incident management practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate full-cycle client and ecosystem partner onboarding, including test execution (SIT/UAT) and production release deployments.
• Oversee REST API connectivity, diagnosing transaction flows, logs, and system metrics to resolve integration issues.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring minimal service disruption and timely stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product Managers, and software teams to maintain operational runbooks, security compliance (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001), and SOPs.
• Drive operational efficiency by leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to optimize testing and support workflows.

We are partnered with an established organisation that manage data-sharing platforms and digital interfaces. You will oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, system integration testing, API connectivity, and tier-2/3 production support in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate full-cycle client and ecosystem partner onboarding, including test execution (SIT/UAT) and production release deployments.
• Oversee REST API connectivity, diagnosing transaction flows, logs, and system metrics to resolve integration issues.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring minimal service disruption and timely stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product Managers, and software teams to maintain operational runbooks, security compliance (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001), and SOPs.
• Drive operational efficiency by leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to optimize testing and support workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, or API Integration Support in an Agile environment.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, payload analysis, and tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Solid background in coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based incident management practices.
