Job summary

Meta is seeking an engineer to provide technical, engineering support to Advertising partners and customers globally. You will work with a global team of Business Support Engineers to support integrations and resolve issues across Meta’s ad products, collaborating with Platform and Infrastructure teams to improve deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or support engineering.
• Proven API development experience on cloud-based infrastructures with debugging and outage resolution.
• Experience with REST APIs, Python, PHP/Hack, JavaScript/React; debugging and bug management.
• Knowledge of PyTorch models with at least one LLM (e.g., LLaMA, GPT, Claude, Falcon).
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences and writing technical docs.
• Experience in data analysis using SQL to resolve operational issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong English communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ongoing AI skill development and familiarity with AI tooling and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and AI agents.
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience data/model deployment at scale and responsible AI practices.
