Senior Ad Tech Support Engineer – API & AI

Job summary

Meta seeks an engineer to provide technical and engineering support to Advertising partners globally.

You will work with a global team of Business Support Engineers who are experts in Meta’s Adtech to provide proactive and reactive support for partner issues and integrations while collaborating with Platform and Infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve issues and implement necessary fixes for our products and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in software or site reliability engineering.
• Experience with REST APIs, Python, PHP/Hack, and React.
• Experience with PyTorch models and at least one LLM.
• Strong data analysis with SQL and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support to Meta’s Advertising partners and customers globally.
• Collaborate with global Business Support Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Investigate issues, debug root causes, and deploy fixes for outages.
• Ensure high product quality and satisfactory partner experience.
