Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead paid media strategy, performance and team across multiple markets. You will own channel strategy, media investment and commercial performance while staying close to campaign execution.

You will also develop the team and collaborate with other business functions to improve customer acquisition. The role requires hands-on expertise in Meta and Google ads and a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading paid media for a sizeable consumer or e-commerce business.
• Clear evidence of improving commercial performance through paid media.
• Hands-on expertise across Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Experience managing and developing a paid media team.
• Experience owning significant media budgets, forecasts and investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of campaign testing, measurement and attribution.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect media performance to business results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing paid media across multiple markets would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of affiliates, direct partnerships, SEO or other growth channels would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paid media strategy across major search, social and performance channels.
• Own media budgets, forecasts and channel allocation.
• Decide where investment should be increased, reduced or stopped.
• Oversee campaign execution, optimization and performance.
• Develop structured tests across audiences, creative, bidding, landing pages and channel mix.
• Assess new acquisition channels, affiliates and media partnerships.
• Improve measurement, attribution and reporting with analytics teams.
• Turn campaign data into clear investment recommendations.
• Lead, coach and develop paid media professionals.
