Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in media buying, digital ad strategy, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyse data, maintain dashboards, and communicate strategies and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose media strategy, audience segmentation, budgets, campaign timelines, and monthly content boosts across Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Configure ads, build target audiences, and execute campaigns across all three platforms.
• Test and optimise creative formats, audiences, placements, messaging, and spend for ROI.
• Extract organic and boosted statistics and deliver monthly reports covering spend, reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, link clicks, and engagement rate.
• Compare pre/post-campaign and organic/paid results; maintain a performance dashboard.
