Job summary

NetEase, a leading internet technology company, is seeking a Paid User Acquisition Specialist to drive overseas growth after product launches. You will plan and execute multi-channel ad buys, test creatives, and optimize ROAS under guidance from senior UA staff.

You will monitor core metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention), conduct A/B tests, support ASO and influencer campaigns, and collaborate with cross-regional teams in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; understands ROAS/LTV/CPI.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced multi-market UA environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute paid UA campaigns across Meta/Google/TikTok and app stores; manage daily budgets.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives and iterate high-converting assets with the creative team.
• Monitor CPI, ROAS, retention; produce daily/weekly acquisition reports.
• Support ASO and influencer/KOC campaigns and assist with budget allocation reviews.
