Job summary

NetEase is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for international teams across engineering, product, game development, publishing and other functions.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and you will partner with China headquarters and global teams to attract top talent, build pipelines, and drive recruitment initiatives that support NetEase's international expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with relevant recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of international recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills using LinkedIn and major channels.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international teams across engineering, product, game development, publishing, and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers, China HQ, and HR teams to understand needs and support key roles.
• Source talent through multiple channels and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support TA operations, reporting, and process improvements.
