Job summary

Sandvik AB is seeking an Outbound Planner in Singapore to manage the customer order flow and interface with the Sales Area. The role covers daily order release, issue resolution, and coordination with Inventory, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to source items.

The ideal candidate has a logistics qualification (diploma or degree) and 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain or customer service, with strong Excel and ERP system knowledge (System21, Aurora, Maximo).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of logistics systems and supply chain concepts.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and business tools (System 21/Aurora/Maximo).
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Daily release of customer orders including auto, mass and manual releases.
• Review suspended orders and execute cancellations per customer requests.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Purchasing or Warehouse to source items.
• Resolve order issues like incorrect addresses and shipping instructions.
• Manage aging and allocation problems (suspended orders, cycle counts).
• Weekly communication to internal/external customers on progress of open orders.
