Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Director of Global Order Management to lead the order management function across regions and sites. This role reports to the VP, Sales Operations and will drive the global strategy, operating model, and customer service excellence.

The position is based in Singapore on a local package, with preference for candidates in Singapore/Asia. Responsibilities include standardizing processes, ERP-enabled improvements, and building a high-performing global

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
10 years in order management or related function, preferably in manufacturing/semiconductor.
5 years managing geographically distributed teams across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead global order management teams with clear structures, responsibilities, and performance standards across regions and product lines.
Drive global order management strategy execution, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and regional coverage for scalable operations.
Establish global policies and operating standards accommodating regional needs.
Create and monitor KPIs for order accuracy, processing efficiency, backlog health, and customer satisfaction.
Develop reporting processes to reveal performance and risks; drive improvements.
