Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Asia Supply Chain to design, build, and operate a scalable Asia-based supply chain for growth from $1B+ to $3B+ revenue.

You own end-to-end Asia strategy, supplier development, procurement operations, and the critical workstream for Project Unity in Malaysia. You will lead a cross-functional transformation with rigorous performance metrics, establish governance, and align regional supply chain with global objectives while sustaining current delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role managing regional/global supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading major supply chain transformations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and supplier management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Asia supply chain strategy including customer relations and capacity scaling.
• Drive Project Unity: Malaysia manufacturing hub consolidation and governance.
• Define operating model for Malaysia hub: supplier relationships, shared services, and procurement rhythm.
• Lead Asia supplier development programs and multi-year ramp roadmap.
• Own Asia customer supply chain relationships and quarterly reviews.
• Direct Asia procurement operations and establish Asia commodity strategy.
• Partner on shared services scaling and automation to enable growth.
