Job summary

Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Director of Supply Chain Optimization to design, deploy, and scale global supply chain capabilities, processes, and enabling systems.

The role bridges executive leadership with functional teams, governing procurement and technology roadmaps, and driving continuous improvement across geographies. You will lead the Center of Excellence, global training, and standardized playbooks, embedding institutional capability and AI-enabled analytics to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in SCM-related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 15+ years in supply chain/procurement with 5+ years in strategic leadership.
• Expertise in process design, Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent, and change management.
• Experience with cloud ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion, SAP or equivalent).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and transformations.
• Experience in or adjacent to semiconductor equipment, precision manufacturing, or high-complexity supply chains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a Center of Excellence to convert tacit knowledge into standard work and training curricula.
• Lead development and deployment of global training and certification programs for procurement professionals and supply chain specialists.
• Architect and manage a knowledge repository for best practices across procurement, supplier management, and customer supply chain.
• Establish continuous improvement discipline with measurable impact on processes.
• Define and execute the global procurement/SC technology roadmap and interface with IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Oversee global MRP/CTB governance, standard costs, and ERP data integrity.
• Define global metrics, reporting architecture, and executive-level reviews.
• Lead major supply chain transformation initiatives including ERP implementations and shared services scaling.
• Support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration of supply chain operations.
