Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, sales, planning and logistics to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

You will monitor pipelines, address risks, and drive continuous improvement across documentation, compliance, and process optimization. Hybrid work and global exposure are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• At least 3 years in order fulfilment or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics coordination and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Experience managing customer orders in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• ERP experience; Oracle exposure is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from creation to delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and planning teams.
• Monitor order pipelines and address fulfilment risks and delays.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare shipping, trade compliance, and documentation.
• Investigate operational issues and drive corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels.
