Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a senior leader to establish and grow a regional Supply Chain Network Operations organization in Singapore. You will design governance, KPIs, and performance systems to drive end-to-end delivery, service levels and reliability, while leading outsourced manufacturing and optimizing supply, capacity and inventory strategies.

You will partner with planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering and commercial teams to align priorities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business or related field.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or outsourced manufacturing.
• Proven track record building or transforming operational organizations.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory and capacity planning.
• Experience with coordinating across planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering and commercial teams.
• MBA or advanced degree would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop a high-performing Supply Chain Network Operations organization.
• Design and implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance management systems.
• Drive end-to-end customer delivery performance, service levels and reliability.
• Lead outsourced manufacturing operations while optimizing supply, capacity and inventory strategies.
• Partner with planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering and commercial teams to align priorities.
• Develop risk mitigation, contingency planning and capacity expansion strategies across the network.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, quality and performance.
