Job summary

ADVANTEST (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Factory Order Fulfillment Representative to support supply chain and manufacturing operations.

You will manage end-to-end order execution within a manufacturing environment, coordinating with manufacturing partners, supply managers, logistics providers, and internal teams to meet the shipment plan. The role requires attention to detail, comfort with data and ERP systems, and a hybrid work setup with office and home days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in order fulfillment or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and docs.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-site alignment.
• Experience with process improvement and KPIs.
• Familiarity with ERP and logistics/trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute customer orders accurately and efficiently from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with product engineering, sales, and factory to validate product configuration before PO release.
• Monitor order backlogs, communicate delays, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Liaise with 3PLs and freight forwarders for timely shipment and proper documentation.
• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers, such as PO mismatches and shipping documents.
• Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation per trade requirements.
• Serve as escalation point for internal teams on fulfillment and shipment issues.
• Analyze fulfillment processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with manufacturing objectives.
