Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers across Asia Pacific, Procurement and Finance on sales and business operations activities.
• Manage end to end order processing including contract sign off, purchase orders, billing, accounts receivable and project tracking.
• Monitor project timelines and maintain accurate project, order and operational information in internal systems.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual business planning and inventory management to ensure accurate operational planning.
• Manage contracts and coordinate the timely execution and renewal of annual maintenance projects.
• Prepare sales, finance and credit related reports; monitor payment terms, outstanding items and operational risks while following up with relevant stakeholders.
