Job summary

Gremax Industrial Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee day-to-day operations across international markets.

You will coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, manage end-to-end execution from orders to delivery, and collaborate with regional teams and manufacturers to drive efficiency and growth.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial sense and bilingual English and Mandarin for interactions with partners in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant operations experience.
• Experience in international tyre trading, manufacturing, sourcing or distribution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of trade, procurement and supply chain.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication with China partners.
• Commercial mindset with hands-on approach.
• Experience working with international customers and overseas teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations coordinating Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
• Manage end-to-end execution from customer orders to delivery.
• Coordinate with tyre manufacturers on capacity, pricing and delivery.
• Support regional sales teams with forecasts and business development.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in processes and efficiency.
• Assist senior management with business plans and growth initiatives.
• Lead the Singapore operations team and ensure timely execution.
• Provide updates on KPIs to senior management.
