Job summary

Gremax Industrial Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee day-to-day operations across international markets.

You will coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, manage end-to-end execution from orders to delivery, and collaborate with regional teams and manufacturers to drive efficiency and growth.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial sense and bilingual English and Mandarin for interactions with partners in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant operations experience.
• Experience in international tyre trading, manufacturing, sourcing or distribution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of trade, procurement and supply chain.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication with China partners.
• Commercial mindset with hands-on approach.
• Experience working with international customers and overseas teams is a plus.

About the Role

We are an international tyre sourcing and trading group with operations across US, Europe, and Asia.

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our day-to-day business operations across international markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, regional sales teams, tyre manufacturers and supply chain partners to ensure effective business execution, operational efficiency and continued business growth.

This is a hands‑on management role requiring strong commercial understanding, operational experience and the ability to coordinate multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring effective coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams.

• Manage end‑to‑end business execution, from customer orders and procurement through production, shipment and delivery.

• Coordinate with tyre manufacturers and suppliers on production capacity, pricing, delivery schedules and supply arrangements.

• Work closely with regional sales teams to support customer requirements, sales forecasts and business development initiatives.

• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to business processes and efficiency.

• Support senior management in developing and implementing business plans, operational strategies and growth initiatives.

• Lead and coordinate the Singapore operations team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accountability and timely execution.

• Monitor key operational and business performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business or a related discipline is required.

• Prior working experience in the tyre industry is required.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in business operations, commercial operations, supply chain management or related functions.

• Experience in international tyre trading, manufacturing, sourcing or distribution is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in managing cross‑functional teams and coordinating international business operations.

• Strong understanding of international trade, procurement, production planning and supply chain operations.

• Strong working proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with factories and business partners in China.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Commercially minded, hands‑on and capable of managing multiple business priorities independently.

• Experience working with international customers and overseas teams is an advantage.
