Job summary

GREMAX INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Executive/Senior Executive to coordinate customer orders, production schedules and shipments across international markets.

You will work closely with tyre factories, sales teams and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment, monitor production progress, and manage multiple orders with attention to detail. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience in tyre industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order fulfilment, production coordination, purchasing or related functions.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required due to communication with China factories/partners.
• Strong understanding of international trade, shipping and export/import processes.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to manage multiple orders/priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders with tyre factories from order placement through production and shipment.
• Follow up closely with factories on production schedules, order status and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate supply and shipment planning based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on delays, shortages and other supply issues.
• Coordinate with logistics partners on shipment arrangements and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate order, production and shipment records and provide regular status updates.
• Support supplier coordination and other supply chain activities as required.
