Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production coordination.
• Experience managing multiple orders, deliveries, or production timelines in a structured environment.
• Strong written communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence with international clients.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with manufacturing teams in overseas facilities on production orders, schedules, and operational queries.
• Plan, track, and manage production and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment to international clients.
• Coordinate multiple orders and shipments concurrently, ensuring accuracy in documentation and delivery details.
• Handle written communication with overseas clients and internal stakeholders professionally via email and reports.
