GPA ENGINEERING CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an proactive Operations Executive to coordinate with customers, suppliers and logistics partners in a fast-paced environment. You will manage orders, liaise on delivery arrangements, and ensure accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Supply Chain or related field with 2–3 years in Operations and familiarity with Globe 3 ERP System. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations.
• Experience with Globe 3 ERP System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from processing to fulfilment and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to arrange shipments.
• Maintain stock records and prepare delivery orders and invoices.
• Support ISO certification renewal processes and related duties.
