Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking a high-potential Business Coordination Associate for a structured Management Development Program, working with the General Manager across commercial, finance, administration and operations. The role is based in Singapore or Malaysia, with 2-3 years of international training through extended assignments in Mexico (5–6 months each).

You will engage with senior leadership and gain exposure to regional operations and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 1-3 years of operation, project coordination, or commercial support experience.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily for Mexico training and to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priorities across commercial, finance, admin, and operations.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and senior leadership summaries.
• Support commercial activities, including proposals and contract coordination.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic decisions.
• Participate in international training assignments and cross-functional projects.
