ASM is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Global Operations in Singapore and Malaysia. You will partner with senior leaders to drive people initiatives, lead talent development, and align HR programs with business strategy.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong communication across organizational levels. Fluency in English and experience in high-tech environments are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
+10 years as HR Business Partner with COE exposure.
Experience in semiconductor/high-tech/manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
Strong communication across levels and negotiation skills.
Leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives for Global Operations in Singapore & Malaysia.
Plan and execute people-related initiatives supporting growth and strategic objectives.
Lead talent, leadership development, performance management, and culture change programs.
Drive regional/global COE programs for GOPS.
Provide data-driven insights to address HR queries and inform decisions.
