Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking a senior programme lead within the International Business Management team to deliver a coordinated operating model across BOS BAROS. The role focuses on aligning policies, processes and platforms, designing standardized, scalable rollout plans, and driving cross-entity initiatives with risk and governance in mind.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in financial services, private banking or wealth management preferred.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Experience in operating-model and process design across multiple teams and entities.
• Data-literate; able to turn operational complexity into clear analysis and management information.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and jurisdictions.
• Pragmatic understanding of first-line risk and regulatory environment shaping private banking.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under ambiguity; hands-on and proactive.
• University degree holder.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment of business policies, processes and platforms across BOS BAROS—leading analysis, proposing common standards with local COO teams and tracking completion.
• Support design and implementation of a global operating model calibrated to BOS focus markets, translating to rollout plans for scalable deployment.
• Execute globalization and standardization initiatives by mapping current-state processes and driving standardized rollout for consistency and risk-control benefits.
• Manage cross-entity, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: planning, workstream coordination, dependency tracking, benefits realization and reporting.
• Review, assess and monitor local variation or exception handling requests.
• Interface between Head Office and BAROS—coordinate information flow, prepare materials, act as day-to-day contact on operating model matters.
• Produce management information and reporting for decision making and governance forums.
• Build credible relationships across entities and functions to keep initiatives aligned and on track.
• Any other duties as assigned by Head of International Business Management.
