Dyson GmbH is seeking an experienced Lead Specialist Global Mobility to manage international assignments, transfers, and immigration for Asia Pacific and other key markets. You will advise HR and leaders, coordinate with external vendors, and help shape mobility policies.

You will partner across functions to deliver compliant, employee-focused mobility solutions and drive continuous improvement in mobility processes and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in global mobility, international HR, immigration, or expatriate management.
• Experience working with external mobility vendors and service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of international assignments, permanent transfers, localization arrangements, and other global mobility programs.
• Provide expert guidance on mobility policies, relocation support, assignment structures, immigration requirements, and compliance considerations.
• Build partnerships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and Finance teams.
