Job summary

Sapient Intelligence is seeking an Operations Manager to streamline day-to-day operations, build scalable processes, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. The role involves working closely with a Cofounder to translate priorities into actionable plans, manage resources, and drive efficiency across teams including recruitment, procurement, and office systems.

Qualifications

• Overseas study experience and fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong systems thinking and execution skills.
• Experience configuring or improving Lark/Feishu or similar collaboration/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with a Cofounder to set priorities and resolve issues.
• Develop and refine internal processes for cross-functional collaboration, procurement, approvals, and knowledge management.
• Build and manage internal workplace systems and automation rules across platforms.
• Drive company priorities to completion with clear owners and milestones.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee records to improve efficiency.
• Oversee office resources, procurement, vendors, and budgets in collaboration with Finance.
• Establish operational reporting and keep leadership updated on progress and improvements.
• Explore AI tools to enhance internal operations and knowledge management.
