Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to define and execute the SEA & ANZ operating model, translating global strategy into regional actions. You will partner with global leadership, align initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution across markets and functions.

This role requires building scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting cadences; leading a high-performing regional team; managing ambiguity with structured approaches; and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive growth

• Significant experience leading regional or international operations in a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities
