is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and enterprise-scale delivery of M365 services across the organization, focusing on Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The role requires strong technical skills and stakeholder management to deliver tenant rollouts, automation, and governance, with an APAC focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 engineering with enterprise deployment.
• Proven ability to manage delivery in regulated environments (banking/finance).
• Strong stakeholder management and global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft 365 environment across regions.
• Lead end-to-end M365 initiatives: tenant rollout, feature deployment, upgrades.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance for data protection and access.
• Provide L3 engineering support and drive operational excellence and automation.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and vendors for roadmap and issue resolution.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap and AI features.
