Job summary

Crisis24 in Singapore is seeking a Medical Client Service Specialist to manage complex medical cases end-to-end, including outpatient and inpatient care, medical transportation, and billing. You will provide professional medical assistance services and work closely with the Global Operations Coordinators to ensure timely, high-quality client support.

Strong German and English communication, plus a track record in fast-paced environments, are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous demonstrated experience as Medical Assistance Coordinator or Global Operations Coordinator.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication in German and English.
• Collaborative approach to service delivery.
• Can-do will-do attitude.
• Fluency in a third language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Managing all elements of ongoing and complex cases through to completion (outpatient, inpatient, medical transport).
• Delivering professional medical and network-led Medical Assistance services per SOPs.
• Collaborating with Global Operations Coordinators and other teams to ensure smooth case flow.
• Ensuring all billing and finance elements are complete, including invoices.
• Providing inbound support and guidance to front-line staff and new starters.
