Job summary

PeopleSolve is recruiting a Clinical Associate (Hospital) in Singapore to join an integrated care team under the supervision of Medical officers. You will deliver a range of medical services, assist with patient diagnoses, and participate in inpatient care and on-call duties.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience, a recognised Medical Degree, and strong communication and management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in the capacity of Medical Officer or equivalent.
• Experience in a general acute inpatient hospital setting.
• Medical Degree from a recognized university or medical school by World Directory of Medical Schools or Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Doctors with registrable basic qualifications and have completed housemanship are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an integrated care team of medical and healthcare professionals.
• Under the supervision of Medical officers, support and provide timely medical care for the well-being of patients.
• Deliver a range of medical services including patient needs diagnosis, prescription, and clinical procedures where appropriate.
• Provide inpatient care of patients, perform on-call duties and respond to emergencies where required.
• Ensure proper recording of patient reports and coordinate treatment plans with care team.
• Adhere to safety procedures and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.
