Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service to assist patients effectively.
• Proficient in receptionist duties and appointment scheduling.
• Understanding of medical terminology and patient documentation.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, manage bookings, and handle calls/emails using the clinic system.
• Handle patient registration and coordinate patient flow.
• Assist doctors during examinations and minor procedures.
• Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' instructions.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and PDPA compliance.
• Support clinic operations and general administrative duties.
• Process billing and cashiering duties with accuracy.
• Provide information on clinic services and health packages.
• Maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
• Work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
