Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Singapore. You will build client relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in a fast-paced media environment.

The role involves conducting meetings and pitches, tailoring media solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value to clients. Diploma or degree required and 1+ year in sales or related roles; PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, account management or a client-facing role.
• Media, advertising or digital experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Commercially minded with good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking and referrals.
• Identify and develop local and international business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, partners and key accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales pitches.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored media and advertising solutions.
• Develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Manage sales pipeline, targets and business performance reports.
• Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions for clients.
