Job summary

Nestlé R&D Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Deployment for MILO Snacking. You will lead manufacturing capability assessment, deployment planning and scale-up readiness, connecting innovation projects with the right factory, technology and investment pathways to support regional rollout.

Based in Jurong, Singapore, you will collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Quality and Operations to ensure concepts are manufacturable and deployable.

Qualifications

• Degree-level or higher in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or related.
• Minimum 5 years in food manufacturing, process development or industrialisation.
• Experience leading factory trials, scale-up or industrialization from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing capability assessment and deployment planning.
• Coordinate pilot, factory and co-manufacturer trials.
• Develop preliminary process concepts and scalable manufacturing pathways.
• Coordinate integrated technical deployment plans and milestones.
• Influence decisions across functions to enable regional deployment.
