Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Deployment for MILO Snacking to lead readiness and deployment across Asia, Oceania and Africa. You will connect innovation projects with the right factories, technologies and investment pathways.

The role requires building regional capability maps, planning deployment routes, coordinating pilot trials, and influencing stakeholders to drive scalable, commercially viable product launches while traveling 10–20% annually.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in food manufacturing, process development, product development or industrialisation.
• 5+ years of relevant experience across R&D and factory environments.
• Experience leading factory trials, scale-up or industrialisation from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a view of regional manufacturing capabilities, capacity, technologies, equipment and operating constraints.
• Identify credible manufacturing locations and deployment routes for MILO Snacking opportunities.
• Provide early recommendations on technical feasibility, manufacturing fit, risks, dependencies and timings.
• Coordinate integrated deployment plans, including handovers and readiness milestones.
• Lead technical prep and coordination of pilot, factory and co-manufacturer trials.
