Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Singapore seeks an Associate Manager, Projects to lead APAC MRS initiatives with contract manufacturers and tollers, ensuring scoping, milestone tracking and on-time delivery across the region.

You will drive Stage-Gate governance, cross-functional collaboration, and S&OP discussions, influencing stakeholders while ensuring quality, safety and compliance in external manufacturing networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year experience in external manufacturing/supply chain/tolling or purchasing.
• Experience in food/nutrition industry is a plus.
• PMI certifications would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of external manufacturing tolling landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of MRS projects launching from CMO/tollers with clear scope, planning and on-time delivery.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment with internal and external partners.
• Drive Stage-Gate governance from ideation to commercialization with defined gates and risk assessments.
• Oversee 3P operations including S&OP discussions, production scheduling and material management.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality to ensure contracts, costs, service and QA standards.
