Job summary

You will manage cross-functional projects, design processes, develop consumer-led specs, and coordinate pilot plant trials in GMP/HACCP environments, contributing to our global snacking portfolio.

Qualifications

• Science/engineering background with 8+ years of lab experience.
• Minimum 5–8 years lab work experience in confectionery and powdered beverage contexts.
• Experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership – plan, lead, and coordinate technical projects with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.
• Process Design & Deployment – lead RDQ activities for process design and deployment across geographies.
• Consumer-Led Specifications – create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.
• Stakeholder Management – influence decisions based on analysis and results.
• Technical Networks – establish internal/external technical networks and interact with leaders and stakeholders.
• Pilot & Factory Trials – plan, lead, and coordinate pilot plant and factory trials per GMP/HACCP.
• Communication – communicate project status and risks to cross-functional teams.
• I2M Process – drive projects from concept through commercialization with cross-functional partners.
