Job summary

DSM Nutritional Products in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for Market Ready Solutions (MRS) in APAC. You will create and maintain a network of Contract Manufacturers and Tollers, manage performance, and ensure qualifications meet safety and quality standards.

You will drive PMP-based project plans, collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage 3P operations with CMOs/tollers, and embed Stage-Gate governance from ideation to commercialization, ensuring on-time delivery and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in external manufacturing/supply chain/tolling or purchasing.
• Experience in food/dietary supplements/nutrition industry.
• Knowledge of innovation management or project management; PMI certification advantageous.
• Knowledge of external manufacturing tolling landscape.
• Strong influencing, negotiation/commercial skills and ability to lead in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of MRS projects launching out of CMO/tollers with defined scope, milestones and on-time delivery.
• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment, escalating critical issues for robust execution.
• Drive and embed Stage-Gate governance across projects from ideation to commercialization with defined gates and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive Demand and Supply discussions in S&OP; ensure production, scheduling and material management for assigned products.
• Manage resolutions with CMOs/tollers to improve service performance and quality standards; coordinate contracts and cost negotiations.
• Drive periodic review and reporting of CMO/Toller performance against KPIs; implement new products and processes.
