CIELO TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Analytics Lead to evolve the Manufacturing Control Tower as the global platform for visibility, decision intelligence, and execution.

You will translate business priorities into scalable analytics solutions, define executive dashboards and KPI frameworks, and drive enterprise adoption across the global manufacturing network, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, BI, digital products, or manufacturing analytics.
• Hands-on experience designing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and solving business problems with statistics and analytics.
• Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms such as Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing Control Tower insight portfolio, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing capabilities, and evolving analytics products.
• Lead the design and delivery of executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
• Translate business priorities into scalable global analytics solutions by partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Apply business analytics, statistics, and emerging AI/ML capabilities to identify opportunities and integrate forecasting and predictive insights.
• Drive enterprise adoption and value realization through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management.
• Continuously improve the analytics portfolio by monitoring adoption, feedback, and outcomes.
