Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Analytics, ISE, Statistics).
• Proficiency in basic programming: C#/Python/SQL.
• Knowledge of data analytics, BI and ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply modeling, operations research, data analytics, ML and web apps to improve manufacturing operation efficiency.
• Communicate approach and methodology for analytics, reporting, and scheduling optimization.
• Demonstrate project management in requirements gathering, resource estimation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Participate in cross-area focus teams to improve manufacturing constraint handling.
• Present project approaches and data effectively in meetings with varied stakeholders.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while adhering to standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
